On Call Home Care Visit

We are available to go to your home to check on any concern you may have. Service fee is $65.00 minimum (during normal business hours) and is billed per visit which includes up to 30 minutes of on site analysis or repair.

Basic Home Caretaking - $55.00 a month

Once a month visit includes; inspect exterior for snow damage, any concerns or animal intrusion. Interior viewing of plumbing fixtures and water heater, windows, doors and heat system (if accessible), water damage, trash enclosure, gas meter service or propane tank.

You will receive a ‘Report Card’ with your monthly billing or an immediate email if there are concerns.

Premium Home Caretaking - $115.00 a month

Twice a month visit. View exterior for snow damage, any concerns or animal intrusion. Interior viewing of plumbing fixtures and water heater, windows, doors and heat system (if accessible) water damage, trash enclosure, gas meter service or propane tank.

During regular visit (on request): Winterization of home that includes turning off ‘stop and drain’ valve, turning on all water fixtures, putting freeze fluid in all drains and turning down/off water heater.

Also included are annual services: Change smoke detector batteries, FAU heat system filters, test exterior hose bibs and garage door opener.

After each scheduled visit, you will receive a ‘Report Card’ by email.

Other Services

Although Brimer Construction can handle most of your home improvement and repair services directly. Should the need arise for a service Brimer doesn’t do, they can arrange, oversee and subcontract the service for a reasonable fee. Some services might include- driveway sealing, staining exterior, spa maintenance, house cleaning, appliance repair, chimney sweep, window cleaning, carpet and furniture cleaning, granite/tile clean-seal-grout refurbishing, appliance purchases, repair and installation and much more. Master Card/Visa accepted.
